Portaan Nahkurinverstas - upstairs apartment

Our accommodations are located in a beautifully restored tannery workers' old residential building, which combines the peaceful "old times atmosphere" with modern comforts. 

The apartment on the upper floor of the building has space for up to six people, so you can stay here comfortably even with a larger group. However, the price is flexible depending on the number of guests, so the apartment is a good option even when you are traveling alone or as a couple.

As the name suggests, the upstairs apartment is located on the top floor of the building, and it's only accessible by stairs.

The apartment has e.g. two separate bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, shower and toilet as well as television and wi-fi. All guests have high-quality beds, where they can sleep well and rest after the day's activities. Bed linen, sheets and towels are always included in the accommodation price. The final cleaning of the premises is also included in the price, so you don't have to stress about vacuuming or other cleaning at the time of departure, but you can enjoy your vacation or other stay at Nahkurinverstas even until the last minutes.

The sauna in the accommodation building is also available to all guests. There is direct access to the sauna from the ground floor apartment. Sauna shifts (for two different apartments) are arranged whenever necessary. There are two wood-burning stoves to choose from for heating the sauna: a faster one, or a traditional Aito stove which takes 3-5 hours to heat up. The wait is rewarded with soft but intense steams.

ORDERING BREAKFAST

Booking breakfast is usually possible for €15/person/morning (children 4-12 years old €7,50/morning).

You can book the breakfast in connection with the accommodation reservation, after you have selected the apartment, time and number of people, and then go to the online shopping cart. At that point, the reservation system offers the possibility to add a breakfast order to the reservation.
